All bookings are pre-booked and require a £75.00 non-refundable deposit. The balance of all known expenses is due 28 days before the hiring commences.
Every effort is made to ensure that the vehicle that was booked is available. In the event that this is not possible then a replacement vehicle will be provided and 50% of the hire fee will be refunded. We will advise you of any change as soon as possible but, in any event, before the time shown for the hiring to commence. A landline/mobile number to use will be established beforehand.
Whilst every effort will be made to stick to the times shown on the Booking Form, we cannot be held responsible for adverse road conditions which are beyond our control. In the event that weather conditions prevent us from undertaking the hire at all, a full refund will be given.
For distances exceeding 20 miles from Lowestoft, we reserve the right to add an additional charge based on mileage incurred.
Seating capacity of the vehicles is as shown and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse any bookings if we feel that the timings or distances requested are unattainable.
In the event of cancellation by the hirer, we require written confirmation and reserve the right to retain some or all of the monies paid to compensate for loss of business.
We operate a no smoking policy and clients will be held liable for any damage to any vehicle if caused by them or any of their guests.
Under current legislation it is a legal requirement that all infants under the age of three years are transported in an appropriate childrens car seat and it is important that we are advised at the time of hire if any passengers are likely to fall into this category. We do not provide car seats and our drivers are not allowed to fit any car seats provided by our customers.
What is covered?
We only book one wedding for any day so that we can give you the fullest attention and be available to do whatever it takes to make your day as special as you want it to be. We will fully discuss your requirements and follow up with a specification to record what has been agreed and you are welcome to inspect the cars at any time convenient to both parties.
All cars will wear the traditional wedding ribbons in ivory as standard but other colours are available on request. A floral arrangement is carried on the back shelf of the bridal car and we also provide a bottle of Champagne for the Bride and Groom on their journey from the Church to the reception. NB We will divert to any other location if required in order to take photographs but we ask that you advise us of this at the time of booking so that we can factor that into any timings that may be crucial and consider any excess mileage charge that may be appropriate.
If the weather is inclement, we provide large umbrellas and will park as close to the venue as we are allowed.
